My journey into healthcare entrepreneurship is rooted in business experience, family, and a desire to create better options for people navigating care.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, I developed my leadership experience through operations, management, and working with large organizations. That background taught me how to manage complexity, build teams, solve problems, and recognize when systems could work better.
My perspective on care became much more personal through my grandmother, Sadie. Watching her experience helped shape my belief that families deserve access to quality care with more options, greater dignity, and solutions designed around the realities of everyday life.
That belief eventually became SadieCare, a pediatric home healthcare company named in her honor.
Today, I am building beyond a single company. I am becoming part of a larger conversation about how entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, and innovation can help shape the future of healthcare at home.
